Clayco was awarded a 1.3 million square foot mixed-use project in Tempe, Arizona, for McBride-Cohen Management. South Pier at Tempe Town Lake will include three towers with over 700 units, retail, and more, helping transform the Phoenix Valley.
Phase I of the project will be the largest apartment development in the state and feature the towering Arizona Amazing Wheel, a pedestrian bridge, a public dock, and a world-class entertainment district. South Pier aims to be an oasis in the desert, featuring green space and gardens for residents and the community to enjoy – like The Central Green, a 2-acre park at the heart of the project.
The development will integrate along the bank of Tempe Town Lake and next to the main campus of Arizona State University, allowing for bustling waterfront views, lively culture, and robust lifestyle amenities. Arizona and the Southwest continue to benefit from big investments in the local economy, and it’s great to have our Clayco team be a part of the progress.
