Karis Cold Storage
The Sunshine State may be heating up, but our Karis Cold Storage project in Daytona Beach is committed to keeping it cool!
Karis Cold Storage is on a 68-acre industrial park in Daytona Beach, Florida. Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative were selected as the design-build team for this food and beverage facility – and we understand that sometimes the best beverages are served cold.
The Karis team combines extensive real estate knowledge and cold storage experience to help clients execute various business plans. This facility will help the company continue its mission to modernize cold storage and improve the quality of the food we bring to our tables, the flowers we give loved ones, and beyond.
Once completed, the park will consist of three buildings ranging from 140,000 to 450,000 square feet utilizing concrete tilt-up walls, steel truss roof structures with metal decks, and a TPO roof system with R-20 ISO roof installation.
Together, our teams will collaborate to create the coolest structures!
