The Southwest region of the United States is seeing an increase in business and has established itself as an area of incredible potential for investment. To date, Clayco has over $1.2 billion in active construction projects awarded in the Phoenix market, which is approximately 11 million square feet of primarily industrial and multi-family residential projects.

We’ve been working hard on a variety of projects in Phoenix. Clayco’s innovative Skye on 6th high-rise project – in collaboration with developer Hubbard Street Group and architect Shepley Bulfinch – is scheduled to be complete by summer 2023. PalmTower is another one of our projects, and it stands at 28 stories and features palm trees and desert landscaping next to the city sidewalks.

The recently completed X Phoenix is one of Clayco’s incredible mixed-use residential high-rises. It’s a 20-story, 330-unit concrete structure located in Phoenix’s downtown core. We also moved our Southwest headquarters to The Grove.

Phoenix is a rapidly expanding market and we are excited to be a part of the growth. I’m looking forward to completing even more projects there in the future.
