PalmTower Transforms Phoenix Skyline

As the Southwest region in the United States becomes more of a hot spot for travel and residential ventures, Clayco is happy to continue adding to the skyline in Phoenix, AZ.

With the integrated services of Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC), the PalmTower is designed to be a distinctive addition to Phoenix – and stands at twenty-eight stories high while appearing to float above a sculptural, silver parking podium that features palm trees and desert landscaping next to the city sidewalks.

This 300-unit residential tower is positioned to become a new community area for residents. It is equipped with a variety of amenities, private gardens, and even dog park access from the ground floor. PalmTower offers many different comforts and room combinations with balconies to enjoy the Arizona views and fresh air.

PalmTower also has a beautifully landscaped terrace with seasonal, native plants. The outdoor area includes a large swimming pool, spa, outdoor gym area, open lawn, and outdoor kitchen adjacent to the residents club and party room. One of the best aspects of the terrace is the 360-degree views of the city’s mountains and urban skyline.

Clayco and Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) are working to add the residential structure PalmTower to the Phoenix skyline for North American Development Group (NADG).

I look forward to seeing how Clayco continues to innovate and add to the bustling cities of the Southwest.
