Cancer patients benefit when two of the top healthcare systems in the United States collaborate, teach each other, and learn from each other about best practices. 

I was proud to host the UChicago Medical Center team at the new Washington University School of Medicine / Barnes-Jewish Hospital’s Siteman Cancer Center, including President of the UChicago Health System Tom Jackiewicz, Vice President of Community Health Transformation and Chief Equity Officer Brenda Battle, and CEO of BJC HealthCare Richard Liekweg.

Clayco is honored to work with Washington University and so many incredible people who are dedicated to the welfare of our world. The 657,000-square-foot ambulatory care center will offer the highest standards of patient service, multi-specialty cancer care, and innovative research. Teaming up with institutions that prioritize community well-being and strive to create inclusive spaces is a game-changer. These collaborations strengthen our collective commitment to social responsibility and foster a sense of shared purpose.
