Like Clayco, Kolb Grading has a rich history of growth and evolution. From its humble beginnings as a small business in the 1960s, providing earthmoving services, it has expanded its offerings to incorporate design-build, demolition, asphalt and paving, tunneling, and much more for public, private, and government entities. However, what sets them apart is not just their services but the high standards their team consistently upholds.
Some of our collaborations include when Clayco selected Kolb Grading to perform grading and foundation preparation for the Coleman building in Gardner, Kansas and to work on a variety of services for the Dollar General distribution center in Blair, Nebraska. Their team is also helping facilitate Clayco’s new office in my hometown of St. Louis! The Kolb Grading team does a great job undertaking developments around the Midwest and beyond, such as its work on the Lambert International Airport, Mills Mall, and many others.
