Our team has worked with Will Bruder Architects to bring North American Development Group’s vision to life in the form of a 29-story skyscraper!
Situated as a flourishing community hub, PALMTower contains 352 units and aims to redefine communal living. It hosts an array of amenities, private gardens, and direct access to a dog park from the ground floor for pet lovers to stay connected with their furry friends. We celebrated the topping out in June 2023 and have made great progress since.
My favorite part about projects like these is the space they provide for an inclusive and vibrant living experience. PALMTower offers diverse room configurations to meet the unique needs of residents and balconies that allow people to take in Arizona's breathtaking views.
The building itself is now fully enclosed and incredibly alluring. It appears to float above a sculptural, silver parking podium that features palm trees and desert landscaping next to the city sidewalks. PALMTower also has a landscaped terrace with a 360-degree view of the mountains and urban skyline, as well as a swimming pool, spa, gym area, kitchen, and more.
Residents who call this building home will definitely have no shortage of amenities to enjoy amid this elevated living experience. I’m proud of our Clayco team’s contribution toward PALMTower’s evolution into the centerpiece of a changing neighborhood.
