CRG's Grand Opening for Chapter at The Streets

The next generation of living is here – and it has taken the form of a residential community in the vibrant Streets of St. Charles, Missouri! CRG recently hosted its grand opening for Chapter at The Streets. This 245-unit development aims to give residents a space to live comfortably and thrive.

Designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects and constructed by Brinkmann Constructors, the 304,291-square-foot multifamily development includes various state-of-the-art amenities. Residents will enjoy a swimming pool with a hot tub, an outdoor recreational sun deck with fire pits, grilling stations, a fitness center, a resident lounge, coworking spaces, and more. There is also plenty of access to parking, electric car charging stations, and bicycle storage.

Chapter at The Streets blends modern living with the bustling energy of St. Charles, featuring design accents inspired by St. Louis' iconic Gateway Arch that connect to the communal identity of surrounding neighborhoods. The complex is within walking distance of excellent retail, service, and recreation facilities, along with several nature trails and paths for outdoor enthusiasts (like myself)!

I look forward to seeing how CRG will continue to expand its Chapter-branded multifamily portfolio while enhancing the spaces and experiences of residents’ lives. Chapter at The Streets is another top-notch community demonstrating the innovation that comes when brilliant minds work together.
