We’re topped out at 220 N. Ada!
Clayco recently celebrated a major milestone with a topping-out ceremony for our 29-story residential building project in Chicago. For the team, this event is a meaningful moment of pride and achievement, but the true impact of this development stretches far Beyond These Walls. 220 N. Ada plays a vital role in advancing investment and economic growth in the Fulton Market and the greater Chicagoland area. Every part of this project is thoughtfully crafted to inspire and uplift the community, creating new jobs and supporting initiatives like CRG’s PILLAR program, which empowers developers of color to lead large-scale developments successfully.
Our forward-thinking teams also recognize that preserving the health of our planet is a top priority to keep people safe. The foundations of 220 N. Ada were built with sustainability in mind, exceeding local energy codes and featuring an energy-efficient structure that actively benefits the environment. The project includes reduced water usage, EV charging stations, dedicated spaces for green roofs, and vibrant, productive landscapes. We’re also proud to commit to diverting 80% of construction waste, making a significant impact in our journey toward a greener future.
