Staying organized and on top of things is one of the biggest challenges for leaders, and with so many moving parts at Clayco and everything going on lately, I wanted to share what works best for me when there’s a lot to get done.
Keeping a real, physical checklist that’s color-coded has helped me greatly in carving out time for my friends and family, as well as my business and the community issues I care deeply about.
A lot of people who live with attention deficit like me tend to start things, but don’t often finish them. By keeping my list, I’m able to finish everything, even when it’s tough or uncomfortable.
