We’ve been hard at work on a lot of projects in Phoenix, including The Cubes at Glendale, Preflight Phoenix, and a new project with Scannell Properties that we just broke ground on in April. It’s a rapidly expanding market that we’re really interested in contributing to, and it’s all part of our growth plan to build out our West Coast book of business in the coming months.
To date, Clayco has over $70 million in active construction projects in the Phoenix market, and we have completed over 3.3 million-square-feet of corporate, industrial manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce facilities in the Phoenix area. It’s a city that has benefitted from some big investments in the local economy, and it’s an exciting time to watch how it’s constantly adapting and changing as its population increases.
Phoenix is an exciting place that we see as full of opportunities with a huge potential for growth, and I’m looking forward to completing even more projects there in the future.
