Our Clayco partner company CRG just announced the latest addition to its leadership team  – Steve Schnur as Chief Operating Officer!

Steve’s onboarding comes less than a year after CRG raised $450 million to invest in industrial development projects to help accommodate the booming demand for warehouse space nationwide. He worked for Duke Realty for 20 years and worked through the ranks to become Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. With his expertise, he oversaw 19 regional offices with up to $2 billion in development starts annually. He also was responsible for the firm’s 160 million square foot portfolio, which will undoubtedly position him to help innovate CRG’s integrated platform.

Steve’s initial time will be spent learning about the organization along with its exceptional team and clients to evaluate where support is needed and immerse himself in CRG’s culture. As he gets settled, Steve will then play a critical role in managing daily operations and facilitating the enhancement of internal processes, planning, financial management, business development, corporate responsibility, and more. He will also be engaged in the firm’s acquisitions, development, asset management, and investment management activities.

CRG has enjoyed significant growth and success in a short time. It is great to see its revamped 2015 transformative vision and strategy help it become nationally recognized as an industry-leading development and investment company. The company’s warehouses and “Cubes” brand has built more than 25 million square feet of industrial space, with another 40 million in planning or development in the last five years. Steve’s experience will be an essential asset to CRG and help to identify deals and continue growth.
