THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BUILDING

Throughout my work at Clayco, I’ve always worked hard to pursue the Art and Science of Building and share what that means for me. Public art is deeply intertwined with every project we do, and I see art as an inseparable part of who we are as a company and the communities we build in.

For us, the Art and Science of Building isn’t just a tagline. It means fostering relationships with our neighbors and supporting the diverse and creative artists who are driving positive change and innovation. It also means introducing even more people to all of art’s wonderful potential and possibilities while offering a way for us to give back to the community in return for the privilege to build.

The Art and Science of Building represents not only our quality of craftsmanship and partnerships, but our celebration of art and the inspiring works of living artists. It differentiates us from our competitors, and you can see this bold commitment on the walls of our offices, in our construction, through our foundation, and on our team.

Art informs our planning and building process from the very beginning. It also helps our projects to have a meaning and value that goes beyond profit while encouraging dialogue, cross cultural exchange, and relationships that make our communities stronger, more resilient, and more dynamic places to live and work.
