Construction has started on a new facility for America’s premier window and door manufacturer – Renewal by Andersen!
The company selected Clayco, CRG, and Lamar Johnson Collaborative to channel our integrated approach into a new 638,000-square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Locust Grove, Georgia. Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, which manufactures, sells, and installs exclusive replacement solutions to customers throughout North America.
Our Clayco brand family is an expert at creating structures that represent so much more than brick and mortar. We work to enhance the experiences of the people who use our spaces by partnering with companies, like Andersen Corporation, that share our knack for cultivating purpose-driven projects. We recognize that homes should not be one-size-fits-all. Instead, they must be as unique as the people occupying them and confidently cater to each need.
The groundbreaking was a great celebration. Teams from Andersen and Renewal by Andersen attended along with Locust Grove Mayor Robert Price, Henry County Chair Carlotta Harrell, our Clayco team, and other state officials. The building represents a $420 million investment in the region and is projected to stimulate the local economy and improve the lives of residents by creating 900 jobs. It’s always great to work on projects that provide an incredible step forward in improving the lives of locals and supporting our client’s mission.
Operations will kick off in 2025. I can’t wait to see how this facility – as it is the largest economic development project to date in Henry County’s history – will leave a lasting positive impact for generations to come.
