Our latest project for Chewy has recently opened in Reno, Nevada! Clayco served as the design-builder for several projects for Chewy.com in different regions throughout the United States. The warehouses and distribution centers range from 690,000 square feet to 800,000+ square feet and we have completed four developments in total. In addition to the recently finished facility in Reno, Nevada, our other projects are located in Dayton, Ohio, Goodyear, Arizona, and Archbald, Pennsylvania.

Chewy assists customers with all of their online pet food and product needs. Its newest 795,000-square-foot e-commerce fulfillment center in Nevada will improve the company’s ability to effectively help its clients throughout the West and Pacific Northwest.

The remaining facilities service other regions across America. Each development includes shallow foundation systems, concrete slab-on-grade, conventional steel framing and metal roof decks, load-bearing site-cast concrete wall panels, storefront glass, and other state-of-the-art additions and systems. According to Chewy’s 2021 SEC report, it operates more than 9 million square feet of fulfillment space and employs more than 21,300 people nationwide. Clayco supports all of these efforts and communities by improving efficiency with our developments.
