Clayco is breaking the cycle of debilitating student loan debt! 

I had a great time discussing something ALL business community leaders should care about with KMOX. After an eye-opening and honest conversation with our team members, I realized how CRUSHING student debt, much of it from predatory lenders, is hindering so many Americans’ credit and their ability to get ahead. 

Clayco’s in-house Student Loan Repayment Plan mitigates this widespread issue and provides supplemental relief to those in our Clayco family with student loans. It’s time for more leaders to STEP UP and help give people their lives and discretionary spending back. The program has had a huge impact on our team’s morale and will have an even greater effect on America’s economy if more companies take part. 

Our plan is designed to assist borrowers with their repayment timeframes so that their pursuit of higher education doesn’t result in a lifelong debt sentence. Implementing this initiative is good for Clayco in terms of retention and employee satisfaction, and it also benefits the greater economy by giving people their discretionary spending back.
