Supporting LA’s Wildfire Recovery

We are LA Strong!

Our Clayco team has felt the devastating impact of the Los Angeles wildfires that have caused overwhelming loss for many of our colleagues, friends, and neighbors. Along with donating $550,000 to trusted organizations, including The California Fire Foundation, World Central Kitchen, Team Rubicon, California Community Foundation, and Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center Foundation, we are dedicated to offering continued support for fire victims.

Last night’s FireAid benefit concert at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum was a powerful reminder of LA’s strength and solidarity. The energy in the arena was electric, with music icons from all genres like Joni Mitchell, Billie Eilish, and Dr. Dre taking the stage to rally support for fire victims.

Beyond the music, the night was filled with deeply personal stories from Angelenos who lost everything, like a teacher who saved for 21 years to buy a home, only to see it destroyed. Hearing their voices reinforced just how much this community needs our support, not just today but for the long haul.

Contributions made to FireAid will be distributed by the Annenberg Foundation for short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California.

This incredible philanthropic event happened close to Clayco’s Kali Hotel and Rooftop project in Hollywood Park, inspiring us to wave our “LA Strong” banners even higher as a powerful symbol of our unwavering commitment to rebuilding Los Angeles.

Clayco is also providing 5,000 square feet of office space at our Culver City location to assist those displaced by the fires, a testament to our passion for building Beyond These Walls to make a positive impact on the communities who need it most. We are deeply grateful for the bravery of the firefighters, first responders, and volunteers. We stand with you, and together, we will overcome this tragedy.
