LJC has won three 2024 Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards for Fulton East, Triangle Square Apartments, and 4300 E Camelback. The AIA Chicago Lerch Bates People’s Choice Awards are a symbol of architectural excellence and highlight the incredible talent and creativity across the industry. I’m proud that LJC has deservedly joined its ranks of award-winners for these transformative projects.
LJC’s creativity and innovative community-led spirit are infused in every one of its developments. Fulton East won the Tall Building category as a cutting-edge office and retail building in Chicago’s vibrant Fulton Market District. It was designed with a strong focus on health and wellness and offers residents breathtaking sky views that foster creativity and a dynamic work culture.
The best part about Triangle Square Apartments is that this building has created a neighborhood and a community in an area that desperately needed it. This 300-unit development in Bucktown received the award for Multifamily Residential and reflects a forward-thinking vision for urban living.
Clayco’s Phoenix, AZ, office at 4300 E. Camelback was honored in the office category for its modern workplace design, combining high-end Southwest design with mountain views to cultivate an inspiring space. Our Phoenix team is thrilled to enjoy this beautiful new home!
