Clayco is helping cultivate another space that makes people feel welcomed and at home!
Breaking ground on the Kali Hotel and Rooftop in Inglewood, CA, marks the beginning of a project that will captivate the community with its stunning, forward-thinking architecture. The 13-story property is the only hotel inside the 300-acre Hollywood Park, which is the largest urban mixed-use development under construction in the Western U.S.
It is conveniently located near top dining and entertainment spots like SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater, only within walking distance of Intuit Dome and Kia Forum, and just four miles from Los Angeles International Airport. Featuring 300 bedrooms, a pool and yoga deck, a spa, a fitness center, and 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space, it will be an ideal spot for connecting and taking in the beauty of Los Angeles.
Great news for Rams fans! The hotel, a part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection that features over 320 independent hotels selected for their craft and distinct perspectives on design and hospitality, is owned by none other than the team’s own Stan Kroenke. (Hopefully, he will bring as much city spirit to the hotel as the Rams bring to the field – fingers crossed for no fumbles in hospitality!) Congratulations to everyone who is making this transformative development possible, including KPC Development Company, Lamar Johnson Collaborative, Sixteenfifty Creative Intelligence, The Kroenke Group, Labib Funk + Associates, and the City of Inglewood’s Mayor James Butts.
Clayco is proud to be a part of such a pioneering venture. Partnering with such innovative teams on this iconic property will make all the difference in how this vision is brought to life, and together, we will achieve incredible accomplishments. As we continue to create an unparalleled destination for living, working, and playing, the Kali Hotel will elevate the experiences of our residents, visitors, and guests worldwide. This groundbreaking milestone reinforces Los Angeles as a premier entertainment epicenter, and the Kali Hotel will serve as an important cornerstone when it opens in 2026.
Let’s build a community experience that captures the vibrant culture of Los Angeles and drives the dynamic growth of Inglewood and beyond!
